Saturday my husband took me to Superstore just so I could get out of the house. I was really happy for the change of environment (and food) but at the end of our trip I started feeling really sick and started fainting. So that sucked, but it was still worth getting out of the house.
Today I had to stand for 15 minutes outside of my doctor's office. Standing still is brutal for me, but the floor looked gross and I really didn't want to sit on it unless I had no choice.
After about 10 minutes I felt terrible. I took my heart rate and it was around 140 beats per minute - from just standing still. When I'm working out on my recumbent stationary bike, my heart rate often doesn't go that high. By the time I saw my doctor I was shaking and felt like I'd just done a huge workout.
I've been so tired and achey lately, all I've wanted to do is lay in bed. Since standing makes me feel so bad, it's hard to motivate myself to move.
