It just means I say no to other plans so I can focus on exercising.
So despite my legs wanting to do more, the rest of my body feels gross.
This morning I woke up with dizziness, nausea, chills, and a headache (the usual symptoms of exercise intolerance). When I get out of bed my balance feels wonky and my vision is blotchy.
So I've been sitting in bed for the past 2 hours, drinking my second water bottle (with Nuun), trying to wake up.
