The only thing I can think of that's been different is I've started taking some SBO Pre/Probiotics that my aunt brought me up from the USA. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or if they're actually making a difference. I've tried 4 or 5 different probiotic brands in the past but never felt any better.
This extra energy has been allowing me to exercise more, which I'm sure also gives me more energy.
I love the fresh air and the freedom that comes with moving fast. The dizziness and balancing issues are tricky still. Not tipping over or riding into a bush is a challenge. I also still get quite nauseous from all the movement.
My stationary recumbent bike at home is definitely better for the nausea/dizziness, but it's so much fun to be outside feeling active again!
