Really there's no point of worrying. What's going to happen will happen and the less I worry, the better the outcome will be.
Specific Prayer Requests for my Praying Friends:
1. That they'd be able to "vacuum" it out with 3 small incisions. If they can't, then they will do a larger incision which will slightly increase recovery time and pain.
2. That I wouldn't be too nauseous when I wake up after. I'm a higher risk for PONV (Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting).
3. That they wouldn't accidentally perforate my bowels. My surgeon said told me there's a very small chance that could happen.
4. That there'd just be no complications in general. That the surgery would go as smooth as possible and my body wouldn't over-react.
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
