Make It Interesting
People like looking at blogs with pictures. Sometimes I struggle to find pictures to post, which is why I often have way too many selfies or other unrelated images.

Keep It Simple
I personally think less is more when it comes to blog layout. Keeping it simple prevents people from feeling overwhelmed by your site. Make sure it's easy to navigate.
People will often be more likely to read what you write if you are concise. Bolding and categorizing topics can be helpful too.
Have fun!
Blogging has been therapeutic and a fun hobby for me. My friends and family also now better understand what I'm going through, as I can't always explain it well in person.
