POTS-Friendly Workout Videos
Before I got POTS, I used to enjoy doing workout videos. However after POTS I found I couldn't do most of the videos due to postural changes. Something like crunches make me really dizzy and a workout would evidently turn into a nap on the floor.
It's helpful to remind yourself that even if you can only do stretches or exercises for 5 minutes, that's still 5 minutes more than you did yesterday! You need to celebrate the small victories and focus on the little accomplishments. Progress with POTS will be SLOOOWW. So be patient and persistent.
Stretches:
One of the first things I started with was stretches. I'd do a few minutes of stretches each day if I wasn't able to do anything else.
